Sub: APSSA, Amaravati - Posting of Sectoral and Assistant Sectoral Officers in District Project Offices of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan - Certain Instructions -Issued.
Read: Oral instructions of the State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati on 28.06.2019.
ORDER:
All the Project Officers, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan in the State are hereby directed to follow the guidelines while posting Sectoral and Assistant Sectoral Officers in District Project Offices. The guidelines re as follows:
i. Constitute a three men committee as follows:
Collector & District Magistrate and Chairman, SSA : Chairman
Project Officer, SSA : Member Convener
District Educational Officer : Member
ii. Calling the applications from the eligible candidates and select the candidates as per their eligibility with the approval of the above committee. iii. List of the selected candidates submit to the State Project Director for ratification and also to get the deputation orders from the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravati
iv. The entire process should be completed by 31st August, 2019.
Further, all the Project Officers are requested to follow the eligibility criteria which is already furnished by t is office earlier ie., on 19.04.2017 (copy enclosed). The district wise vacancy position is herewith enclosed. These orders should be followed scrupulously without any deviation. Any deviation noticed, it will be viewed seriously and necessary disciplinary action will be initiated as per rules.
