October 15 వతేదీన ప్రతి పాఠశాలలో _Global Hand Washing Day_ తప్పనిసరిగా నిర్వహించి , నివేదిక అందజేయాలి.
*👉 పాఠశాల స్థాయిలో కమిటీలు ఏర్పాటు చేసుకోవాలి.*
1) Toilets Committee (5 pupils+1 Teacher)
2) Drinking Water & Running Water Committee (5+1)
3) Hand Washing Committee (5+1) (Above 3 committees primary sections only).
4) Menstruation Hygiene Management Committee (each class I student+1 Teacher)
బాలల హక్కులను కాపాడటానికి ప్రతి ఉపాధ్యాయుడు కృషి చేయాలి.

➤ 9:30_10:00 - స్వచ్ఛ భారత్ ప్రతిజ్ఞ
➤ 10:00-1100 - బాలల సంఘాలు ఏర్పాటు చైతన్యపరచుట,
➤ 11:00-12:00 - చేతుల పరిశుభ్రత పై వీధి ర్యా లి.
➤ 12:00-12:30 - చేతుల పరిశుభ్రమైన ఉపాధ్యా యుల టెక్నిక్స్
➤ 12:30-01:00 - విద్యార్థుల చేతుల పరిశుభ్రత.
పై అంశాలపై నివేదిక ఇవ్వాలి.
_శిక్షణ పొందిన ఉపాధ్యాయుడు పాఠశాల స్థాయిలో మిగిలిన ఉపాధ్యాయులకూ మరియు విద్యార్థులకు WASH (Water Sanitation Hygiene) గురించి అవగాహన కల్పించాలి._
*✋HAND WASHING*
1) When was the last time you thought about how you wash your hands?
2) You've been doing it all your life - but have you been doing it correctly?
3) At this point, you will wonder, 'How can I wash my hands incorrectly?'
4) Did you know that to wash your hands thoroughly, you'll need to take around 40 seconds to a minute, or roughly the time to sing 'Happy Birthday' twice, to get them properly clean?
5) You may not want to sing it out loud, but it's a handy reminder for you to take the time you need to wash your hands!
6) It's not as easy as rinsing your hands, dabbing hand wash, working up a quick lather and rinsing off again.
7) Good hand hygiene can significantly reduce the spread of harmful bacteria and other germs that can lead to diarrhea, vomiting and other harmful infections.

*Follow these 8 steps to perfect your hand washing technique.*
*✋ HAND WASHING STEPS* 👇
1. Wet hands with clean and warm running water.
2. Apply a small amount of soap.
3. Rub your palms together, away from the water.
4. Rub your fingers and thumbs and the skin in between them.
5. Scour your palms with your nails.
6. Rub the back of each hand.
7. Rinse with clean running water.
8. Dry with a clean towel or paper towl.

*_మహాత్మా గాంధీజీ కేవలం రాజకీయ స్వాతంత్ర్యమునే కాక స్వచ్ఛమైన భారతదేశం మరియు అభివృద్ధిని కూడా ఆకాంక్షించారు. దీనిని స్ఫూర్తిగా తీసుకుని స్వచ్ఛ ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ ను సాధించి తద్వారా స్వచ్ఛ భారత్ ను సాధించే లక్ష్యంతో నేను కృషి చేస్తానని ప్రతిజ్ఞ పూనుతున్నాను._*
➤ నేను పరిశభ్రంగా ఉండటంతో పాటు పరిసరాల పరిశుభ్రతకోసం కొంత సమయం కేటాయిస్తానని శపథం చేస్తున్నాను.
➤ ప్రతి సంవత్సరంలో 100 గంటలు మరియు ప్రతి వారానికి 2 గంటల శ్రమదానం చేసి పరిశుభ్ర ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ సాధించే సంకల్పానికి కట్టుబడి ఉంటాను.
➤ నేను పరిసరాలను అశుభ్రపరచను మరియు వేరేవారిని అశుభ్రం చేయనివ్వరు.
➤ అందరికంటే ముందు నేను, నా కుటుంబాన్ని నా పరిసరాలను, నాకార్యాలయాన్ని పరిశుభ్రంగా ఉంచుతాను.
➤ ప్రపంచంలో ఏ దేశంలోనైనా పరిశుభ్రత కనిపిస్తుందంటే దానికి కారణం ఆ దేశ ప్రజలు దాన్ని పరిశుభ్రంగా ఉంచుతారు మరియు ఇతరులను అపరిశుభ్రత చేయనీయక పోవటమే అని నేను నమ్ముతాను.
➤ ఈ విషయంలో నేను, వీధి వీధికి మరియు గ్రామ గ్రామానికి "స్వచ్ఛ ఆంధ్ర మిషన్" తద్వారా " స్వచ్ఛభారత్ మిషన్" కోసం ప్రచారం చేస్తాను.
➤ నేను ఈరోజు నుండి నాతోపాటు 100 మందితో నాలాగా పరిశుభ్రతకోసం 100 గంటలు సమయాన్ని కేటాయించేటట్లు చేస్తానని ప్రమాణం చేస్తున్నాను.
➤ ఈ రోజు పరిశుభ్రత గురించి నేను వేసిన ఈ ముందడుగు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రాన్ని మరియు భారతదేశాన్ని శుభ్రపరచడంలో సహాయం చేస్తుందని నమ్ముతున్నాను.
