- CSE has issued Proceedings Rc NO ESE02-12021/48/2018 Dated 10.12.2019 instructing all the DEOs and Piincipals of DIETs to make necessary action on the Memo No ESE01-SEDN0CSE to issue Salaries to RMSA Teachers.
- DTA issued Instructions to all DTOs to Admit the RMSA Salary Bills under new 010 Head as per the cadre Strength.

- All the Deputy Directors of District Treasuries in the State are informed that, they shall take necessary steps to admit the salaries of the School Assistants of RMSA, in the new Heads of Accounts given in the reference cited (Copy annexed herewith), duly restricting the cadre strength to the available number already existing in HRMS. District wise information available in HRMS, is attached herewith for ready reference. The Deputy Directors of District Treasuries shall instruct the Treasury Officers under their control accordingly.
