As per the reference cited above, The Chief Electoral Officer and Special Secretary to Government ( copy enclosed) all the DEOs in the state are informed that the Commission has decided that no Agency would be hired at the national level for preparing questionnaire for the District and State Round and these shall be coordinated by the DEOs . The questionnaire with 39 questions, for the Intra-school round received from the Commission has already been shared with the DEOs. The Intra-school round may be completed by 15th November,20 17. The district round may be a written-test or a stage rowld, as the District may deem fit. The DEOs are requested to get the questionnaire prepared in coordination with the education department.
As per the latest instructions of the Commission, the timelines for conducting ECI National Quiz are as follows.
Intra school round- 1 st Nov to 15th Nov.
District Round -- 27th Nov to 3'd Dec. Results should reach CEO by 8th Dec.
State Round - 18th Dec. To 24th Dec. Results should reach ECI by 29th Dec.
Semi Final Round _2 nd week of.January,201 8
All the DEOs in the state are requested to take immediate action for conducting the intra
school round and district round of the ECI National Quiz 2017/18 as per the timeline prescribed
by the ECI.
