Home Department – Armed Forces Flag Day Fund collection- Contribution of State Government employees - Recovery from the salaries of December payable in the month of January – Orders – Issued.
1. The Director, Sainik Welfare in his letter 5th read above, has informed that Government have issued orders duly enhancing the amounts and to deduct Rs.50/- and Rs.100/- from the salaries of Non-Gazetted and Gazetted officers respectively every year from their salary of December payable in January of succeeding year effective from December, 2015 towards their contribution to Flag Day Fund G.O.Ms.No.169, Home (Ser.IV) Department, dated 11-12-2015 and also in G.O.Ms.No.128, Home (Ser.IV) Department, dated 28-11-2016 orders were issued amendment to G.O.Ms.No.127, Home (Ser.I) Department, dated 01-08-2014 giving the Bank Account details etc., for remitting
the employees contribution to the Flag Day fund Account.

2. Now, in the circumstances reported by the Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada in the letter 5th read above, Government hereby instruct to deduct Rs.50/- and Rs.100/- from the salaries of the Non-Gazetted Officers and Gazetted Officer’s respectively every year from their salary of December payable in January of succeeding year effective from December, 2017.

3. All the Heads of Departments and all Head of Offices, Drawing Officers shall
recover the above said amounts and remit the same to the account of the Director, Sainik Welfare, A.P., only through online payment as mentioned in G.O.Ms.No.128, Home (Ser.IV) Department, dated 28-11-2016.

4. The Director, Sainik Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada shall take necessary further action accordingly.
