ORDER:
In reference 2nd read above the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, brahimpatnam has informed that orders were issued by the Government in the reference 1st read above rationalizing the jurisdiction of Sub Treasuries in the State keeping the public convenience in view. In the said G.O., orders were issued transferring Butaigudem Mandal of West Godavari District from Sub Treasury,
Jangareddygudem to Polavarm and Yelamanchili Mandal from Sub Treasury, Palakollu to Sub Treasury, Narasapuram.
2. Further the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Ibrahimpatnam have informed that order were issued in the said G.O. shifting Rayavaram Sub Treasury to Ravulapalem and attaching Rayavaram Mandal to Ramachandrapuram Sub Treasury and attaching Ravulapalem and Atreyapuram Mandals to newly shifted Rayavaram Sub Treasury @ Ravulapalem and the orders of rationalization issued
in the reference 1st read above are not implemented for want of making necessary software changes in C.F.MS. (SAP) phase-I software.
3. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Ibrahimpatnam has also informed that based on representation from public, the District Collector, West Godavari District, the General body of Rayavaram East Godavari District she has requested to issue to make the following amendments to G.O. Ms. NO.65, Finance (Admn.I) Department, dt. dt.25.04.2017.
1. Buttaigudem Mandal of West Godavari District is retained with Jangareddygudem Sub Treasury only, instead of shifting to Sub treasury Office, Polavaram.
2. Elamanchili Mandal of West Godavari District is retained with Palakollu Sub Treasury only, without shifting to Divisional Sub Treasury, Narasapuram.
3. Orders issued for shifting of Rayavaram Sub Treasury to Ravulapalem are rescinded duly retaining Rayavaram mandal with Rayavaram Sub Treasury instead of attaching to Ramachandrapuram Sub Treasury.
4. Atreyapuram and Ravulapalem Mandals continue to be in the jurisdiction of Kothapet, Sub Treasury instead of Rayavaram Sub Treasury@ Ravulapalem.
4. Government after careful examination of the proposal here by order for the
following partial modification to the G.O. issued in the reference 1st read above.
