ORDER:
In
the letters 2nd & 3rd read above, the Director of Public Health &
Family Welfare and the Commissioner, AP
Vaidya Vidhana Parishad have requested the Government to withdraw the scrutiny powers
which were delegated to them and also
requested to authorize the scrutiny powers to the Chief Executive Officer, Dr.NTRVS Trust for all the employees/
pensioners and their dependent family members
under their administrative control on par with other department employees/ pensioners and their dependent family
members to have a uniform justification
while scrutinizing the medical claims on the similar grounds under which the powers of scrutiny of medical bills
withdrawn from the Director of Medical Education
A.P, Vijayawada issued in the G.O 1st read above.

2. Government after careful
examination of the matter, hereby withdraw the powers of scrutiny of medical bills from the
Director of Public Health & Family Welfare
and the Commissioner, AP Vaidya Vidhana Parishad and also to authorize the Chief Executive Officer, Dr.NTR Vaidya
Seva Trust to scrutinize the medical bills.

4. The Director
of Public Health & Family Welfare and the Commissioner, AP Vaidya Vidhana Parishad are directed to
handover all the pending medical reimbursement
bills to the Chief Executive Officer, Dr.NTR Vaidya Seva Trust with immediate effect and also requested to hand
over all the related existing rules/Government
Orders issued from time to time, if any, pertaining to medical reimbursement Scheme.

5. The Chief
Executive Officer, Dr.NTR Vaidya Seva Trust shall take necessary action accordingly.
