- The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference 3rd read above, wherein they were requested to obtain proposals from the Model Schools/ other Primary Schools where there is a demand from the parents / public for opening of English Medium Parallel Sections and upload the same in the CSE website duly following the given guidelines. But, no information is received in this office till date.
- Further they are informed that, the following information in the prescribed proforma is mandatory while preparing and submit the proposals for opening of Parallel English Medium Sections.
1) Resolution of the School Management Committee
2) Resolution of the Gram Panchayat
3) Declaration of the Headmaster
4) Declarations of the Teachers
- Therefore all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to obtain the proposals along with the above mandatory Resolutions / Declarations (hard copy) for opening of English Medium Parallel Sections in their respective districts and submit to this office immediately.
- Further, they are requested to submit the information ie., how many no. of proposals for opening of English Medium Parallel Sections are received in their districts as on date immediately ie, by 1-2-2018 at 12.00 Noon to the Joint Director (EE) and email id academicinspectinsap@gmail.com.
- All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are requested to pursue the matter with the concerned District Educational Officers and see that the proposals (hard copy) should reach to this office immediately. These instructions should be followed scrupulously.
