Providing Basic Facilities to Municipal Schools - Implementation of Virtual Classroom systems to Municipal High Schools and UP schools in the State

All the Commissioners' of Urban Local Bodies in the State (where Municipal Schools exists) are hereby informed that, in the reference 2nd cited, Government of Andhra Pradesh has accorded permission for implementation and management of Cloud Based Virtual Classroom systems in identified Schools and awarded the project to Consortium of Trigyn Technologies Ltd.

2. In the references 2nd & 3rd cited', the Executive Director (Commercial), APSFL  Vijayawada while enclosing the list of 500 Mpl. Schools as Annexure [ (cop;, enclosed) has informed that, Government in G.0.R1.No.158, dt.l3.10.2017 have sanctioned Virtual Classroom System Project to 500 Municipal Schools. The Executive Director (Commercial), APSFL, Vijayawada requested this office to instruct the concerned Municipal Commissioners and head masters of Municipal Schools to provide necessary support to the agency Mis Trigyn-Gumbi consortium of2 companies i.e. Mis Trigyn Technologies Ltd. and Mis Gumbi Software Pvt.Ltd, in providing equipment in the class room (list enclosed as Annexure II) and to the partners of APSFL who provide internet connection.


3. Therefore, all the Commissioners of ULBs (where Municipal Schools exists) are hereby requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Head Masters of High Schools, Upper Primary Schools and 33 Primary Schools (500 Municipal Schools as listed in Annexure I) to take up the preparatory work by the agency for installation of Virtual Classroom Systems. The Municipal Commissioners are also requested to provide the following facilities for one class room in.each school duly meeting the expenditure from the ULB funds.


Facilities to be provided:-
i) Earthing facility to be made available (at least to the electrical point that VCIA
utilizes)

ii) Windows - preferably wooden with curtains

iii) Doors - safety doors with locking facility

iv) Flooring - preferably tiles with no water leakage from out side

v) Room ceiling - RCC roof, should not have any seepage problem

vi) Walls - painting to be done inside class rooms

vii) Light and fans - should be in working condition

viii) Blackboard wall- Strong, plane, made of bricks for mounting projectors

IX) Power supply ~ 2417

x) Plug point - near blackboard wall- a socket which can accommodate 15 A ad 5 A pins .

xi) GPON Box - to be placed inside the classroom and cable to be brought through wall, not through windows.
