హైదరాబాద్ లో మళ్ళీ ప్రస్తుతం 21 హాస్పిటల్స్ లో ఏ.పి ఉద్యోగులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు, పెన్షనర్లు మరియు డిపెండెంట్స్ ఏదైనా చికిత్స చేసుకోవడానికి రెఫరల్ హాస్పిటల్స్ గా అనుమతి తెచ్చుకోవడం జరిగింది. 18.4.18 న జరిగిన EHS మీటింగ్ లొ హైదరాబాద్ నందు ఇంకా చాలా ఆసుపత్రులకు రెఫరల్ గా అనుమతి నివ్వాలని స్టీరింగ్ కమిటీ సంఘం ఏపీటీఎఫ్-1938 కోరింది.

01. Welcome address was given by Dr.T.Ravi Prasad, EO(EHS). The CEO and Chairman
of committee in his opening remarks
has addressed an
the members informing
that HM & FW Dept., has given a
memo indicating the figures of
employees, pensioners, Grant-in-employees and
Work charged employees to take up tender process
for one-time Master
Health Check-up to an the employees,
pensioners and their spouses. Tender process in this regard was also initiated by the
APMSIDC through e-tender procurement.
02. PPT was made by EO(EHS) on the
Action Taken Report
of previous MoM, utilisation under EHS and Medical
Reimbursement, details of disciplinary actions taken
against
the
erring
hospitals, grievances and agenda given by the APJAC and other employees
associations.
03. EO(EHS) has emphasized the role
of
Vaidyamithras
in
the
network
hospitals
in
registration
and guiding the patients of Trust to the concerned
doctor because Mithras are the first point of contact in network hospitals. CEO has informed the order of Supreme Court in respect of Vaidyamithras recruitment. Trust will recruit new Vaidyamithras having qualification with
medical background. Existing Mithras win be
selected by conducting exam
as
ordered
by
the Supreme Court.
04. With regard to empanelment of CMCH, Vellore EO(EHS) has informed that CMCH, Vellore is ready to give
treatment for high end procedures viz., Liver transplantation and Bone Marrow Transplantation on Letter of Credit (LOC) basis.
EO(EHS) has informed that the MoU between
Trust and CMCH, Venore in this regard is under process.

05. With regard to denial of admission and other service deficiencies, CEO asked the employees
associations to give specific complaints
with evidence to take necessary
disciplinary action against the hospitals.
06. CEO informed that the hospitals
should register the patient and refer them to the concerned hospital if required treatment is unavailable in their
hospital. Trust is working out modalities to evolve online system in the matter
to ensure mandatory1'egis!r)tion and referral by the network hospitals.
