Guidelines for Editing of Municipal Teacher Transfers – 2018 Application Form
(already submitted by the Teachers)

1. Enter into - http://cdma.vassarlabs.com:3000/getTeacherForm website.
2. Click on Application form
3. Enter the Application ID and Mobile No. ------ Sign in
4. You will be receiving ‘OTP’ to your registered mobile.
5. Enter ‘OTP’ and sign in
6. On successful authentication Teachers can edit the data in the application form which was already submitted.
7.  The following fields will not be editable
8. After editing the desired fields click on to “Submit”.
9. Updated details will be saved.
10. Download PDF will appear on the right top.
11. Take print out
12. Editing option will be kept open from 8.00 PM today to 12.00 Noon on 25.05.2018
13. Teacher can do editing as many times as he/she wants.
14. A print out copy of the application after editing should be submitted to the Municipal Commissioner Concerned on or before 2.00 PM on 25.05.2018
15. Municipal Commissioners will be submitting this to the Regional Directors of Municipal Administration concerned for taking further action by 25.05.2018 evening.
