A copy of the Government orders issued in the reference read above is herewith communicated to all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State, wherein the Government have permitted the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh to designate the Mandal Educational Officers to function as Drawing and Disbursing Officers for payment of salaries to Grant¬In-Aid Teachers.

Accordingly, all the Mandal Educational Officers/ Deputy Inspector of Schools in the State are hereby designated as Drawing and Disbursing Officers for payment of salaries to Grant-In-Aid Teachers with immediate effect.

Further all the Regional Joint Directors and the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to give instructions to Mandal Educational Officers / Deputy Inspector of Schools that all bills preferred by the Correspondents of schools have to be forwarded to the concerned treasuries after verification.

Further all the District Educational Officers in the State are instructed to handover the details of pending advance recovery to the Mandal Educational Officers / Deputy Inspector of Schools concerned and watch the advance till the completion of recovery of pending advance and intimate the same to this office.
