హైస్కూళ్ళకు 2018-19 సంవత్సరానికి
తొలివిడత వార్షిక స్కూల్ గ్రాంట్ విధులను విడుదలచేస్తూ విద్యాశాఖ
ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ.
★ ఒక్కో స్కూల్ కు రూ.50 వేలు చొప్పునమంజూరు.
★ ఈ నిధుల్లో రూ.10 వేలను మైనర్ రిపేర్లకు ఖర్చు పెట్టవచ్చు. ఈ నిధులను నేరుగా స్కూల్ మేనేజ్మెంట్
డెవలప్ మెంట్, కమిటీ (ఎస్ఎండీసీ)ల బ్యాంకు ఖాతాలకు జమ చేశారు.
★ పుస్తకాలు, పీరియాడికల్స్, వార్తాపత్రికల కొనుగోలుకు, నీరు, విద్యుత్, టెలిఫోన్ చార్జీల చెల్లింపులకు, పారిశుధ్య పనివార్లకు జీతాలు చెల్లించేందుకు, స్కూలుకు అవసరమైన పనులు చేయించుకునేందుకు
వినియోగించుకోవచ్చు".

All the Head Masters/ Principals & Chairmen of School Management Development Committees of identified 6155 Secondary Schools & all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio District Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State are informed that the Commissioner of School Education & Ex-Officio Project Director, RMSA, A.P., is pleased to accord sanction and release of an amount of Rs.1854.375 lakhs (Rupees Eighteen Crores Fifty Four lakhs Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) to the SMDCs of identified 6155 Secondary schools in the State those having Bank account numbers (list of schools is enclosed) based on the enrolment towards School Annual Grants for the year 2018-19 as 1st instalment.
Further, they are informed that the comprehensive instruction & suggestive guidelines for utilization of school grants have already been communicated vide reference read above . A copy of the same is enclosed herewith for ready reverence.
Therefore, they are requested to follow the instructions & Guidelines for utilization school grants (Copy enclosed) and they are also requested to submit compliance the report of expenditure particulars for utilization grants for every three months. Deviation of the funds will be viewed seriously.
