- In the Government Order 1st read above, the Government constituted a
committee of Group of Ministers under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Minister for
Finance to review the existing system of contractual employment and make
necessary recommendations.
- In the reference 4th cited, the Council of Ministers has resolved for
Extension of Minimum of time scale to the contract employees working in various
Government Departments in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015.
- In the reference 5th cited, orders have been issued for extension of
minimum of time scale to the contract employees working in various Government
Departments in Revised Pay Scales, 2015 of the relevant posts in which the
employees are working w.e.f. 01.04.2019 subject to adhering certain conditions
stipulated therein.

- In the reference 6th cited, the Council of Ministers has resolved for
Extension of Minimum of time scale to the contract employees of Universities,
Societies, KGVB and Model Schools in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015.
- After careful examination, the Government is hereby order for Extension of
Minimum of time scale to the contract employees of Universities, Societies, KGVB
and Model Schools in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015 of the relevant posts, in which
the employees are working on par with the contract employees covered in the
G.O. 5th read above, subject to adhering the guidelines stipulated therein w.e.f.
01.04.2019
