The Project Officers, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, in the state are informed that, the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Andhra Pradesh has developed the TLM manual for class 1&2 and Class 3to 5 in the subjects of Telugu, English, Maths and EVS with the objective of improving the class room teaching process through low cost material. Further SSA has been completing the process of printing and also supplied the above TLM books to all schools in the month of June 2019, in this regard the POs of SSA shall continue close monitor the distribution of the books and also observe the usage of TLM books in the class rooms.
Further, all the Project Officers of APSSA in the state are instructed to issue suitable instructions to all sectoral officers to visit the primary schools and observe the usage of TLM books in the class room in the prescribed format which is given by the state office (Annexure). Further it is also directed to the visiting officers to furnish the consolidation report to SPO. The state officials should be deputed to the districts from 2nd week of August 2019 onwards to monitor the usage of TLM books in the class room at primary schools.
