The
attention of all Joint Collectors (Development), Regional Joint Directors of
School Education, District Educational Officers and Principals of Teacher
Educational Institutions in the State are invited to the ref 7th cited
and informed that, Government accorded permission to take up promotions up to the cadre of Head Masters,
Grade-ll and School Assistants on adhoc basis. Accordingly, some of the School
Assistants working in the Teacher Educational Institutions on FST conditions
are got promoted as Head Masters, Grade-ll in the recent promotion counseling.
Further,
several representations have been received by this office from the School Assistants working in the
Teacher Educational Institutions and now promoted as Head Master, Grade II
requesting to continue their services in concerned Teacher Educational
Institutions.
In
view of the above, the following instructions are issued
- The Principals of
TElS are hereby instructed to relieve the individuals who got promoted as Head
Master, Grade Il so as to enable them to join in their promoted post
- Further , the
promoted Head master , Gr-II who are willing to continue their services in the
concerned TEl are requested to appeal before the selection committee for
further necessary orders regarding continuation of deputation to TEls.
- The concerned
DEOs shall issue necessary appropriate orders duly placing such appeals before
the selection committee.
- Further, left over vacancies in the Teacher Educational Institutions shall be filled as per the earlier guidelines
- the headmasters are selected to work in TEIS, the resultant HM wacandes shall be filled up by promotion by next eligible candidates
Therefore, the under mentioned officers are requested to tuke necessary action accordingly strictly as per the rules issued from time to time
