The attention of all the District Educational Officers 8s Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State is invited to the reference 2nd read above, wherein instructions have been issued to allow the girl children of 8 th & 7 th class to accommodate in the Girls Hostels attached to that Model Schools, if there arc vacancies of admissions though taken for classes IX to XII, duly taking a declaration/ under taking/proclamation from their parents that they will vacate their children voluntarily from the Hostel though their children promoted to the next class, when the students of classes IX to XII admitted during the academic year . Priority may be given to the direct admissions of classes for IX to XII class students for the previous academic year.
Further, they arc informed that it was brought to thc notice that in some Districts the parents of 6th , 7th and 8th class children are requesting to admit their children in the Girls Hostel attached to that Model School who are studying in the Model Schools, as there arc vacancies in some hostels in some districts as the admissions not filled upto 100 boarders for classes IX to XII.
In this regard, all District Educational Officers lk Ex-Officio Project Coordinators of RMSA in the State are requested to issue instructions to all the Principals of Model Schools to allow the girl children of 6. , 7. & 8th class to accommodate in the Girls Hostels attached to that Model Schools, if there arc vacancies of admissions though taken for classes IX to XII, duly taking a declaration/ under taking/proclamation from their parents that they will vacate their children voluntarily frotn the Hostel subject to condition (though their children promoted to the next class i.c., IX to XII), when the students of classes IX to XII admitted directly during the academic year . Priority shall he given to the direct admissions of classes for IX to XII class students and the Declaration is mandatory from their parents in admission to the Girls Hostels for the year 2018-19.
