All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are informed that certain instructions vide reference 1 st
read above have been issued for filling up of the vacant posts of vacant Mandal Educational Officers in the State.

In the reference 2cd read above„ the Regional Joint Director, Guntur has submitted a proposal requesting the Commissioner
of School Education, AP, to issue instructions on making of Full Additional Charge arrangements to the vacant post of Mandal
Educational Officer, Putlacheruvu Mandal, Prakasam District, as there are no regular Headmasters in Pullalacheruvu.

In view of the above, the following instructions are issued to all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in
the State for keeping FAC to the vacant post of Mandal Educational Officer.

To keep Senior most Headmasters working in the respective Mandals as FAC to the post of Mandal Educational Officer.

If the Headmasters are not available within the respective mandal, the Senior most Headmasters working in neighboring Mandal
may be as kept as FAC to the post of Mandal Educational Officers.
