1. In the reference 1st read above, the State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, A.P., has requested to release an amount of Rs. 641.25 Lakhs (GOI Share of Rs. 384.75 lakhs+ GOAP share of Rs. 256.500Lakhs) for implementation of Elementary Education Activities thorough Samagra Shiksha activities as per the AWP&B activities during the financial year 2018-19 duly relaxing the quarterly control restrictions.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, Budget Release Order has been issued for an amount of Rs.6,41,25,000/- ( Rupees Six Crore Forty One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand Only) as additional funds [ CSS - Rs.384.75 lakhs (60%) + MSS Rs.256.50 lakhs (40%)] in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2018-19 for implementation of Elementary Education Activities (Erstwhile Scheme of SSA) under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan during the financial year 2018-19 adjusted to canara bank A/c No.1391101021131, IFSC Code: CNRB0001391.

In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by Finance Department, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravathi for an amount of Rs.6,41,25,000/- ( Rupees Six Crore Forty One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand Only) as additional funds [ CSS - Rs.384.75 lakhs (60%) + MSS Rs.256.50 lakhs (40%)] in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2018-19 for implementation of Elementary Education Activities (Erstwhile Scheme of SSA) under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan during the financial year 2018-19 adjusted to canara bank A/c No.1391101021131, IFSC Code: CNRB0001391 under the following head of accounts:
