GUIDELINES
FOR 5TH CLASS ADMISSIONS 2020-21
In
terms of the provisions laid down in The Right to Education Act 2009,
admissions are taken up on the basis of Reservation and Random selection method
i.e. DRAWL OF LOTS.
- The District Selection Committee headed by the District Collector will select the
candidates for admission into class V through Random selection method (Drawl of
lots) to ensure 100% transparency in admission process. The committee comprises
of 3 members as follows: DISTRICT SELECTIN COMMITTEE: The District Collector
shall constitute the District Level Selection Committee for selection of
students into V class with the following Member. CHAIRPERSON Joint
Collector/Addl. Joint Collector MEMBER CONVENOR: Convener Principal of APR
Schools of the District MEMBERS i. District Educational Officer ii. All the
Principals of APR Schools in the District
- The candidates should apply through online duly paying the application fee of
Rs. 50/-.
- Candidates parental income should not exceed Rs. 1,00,000/- per annum for
2019-20.
- ELIGIBILITY:-
- i. Candidates belong to OC/BC Minority
categories must have born between 01.09.2009 to 31.08.2011. SC/ST Candidates
must have born between 01.09.2007 to 31.08.2011.
- ii.
Must have studied in Govt / Govt recognized School during the academic years
2018-19 & 2019-20 in the concerned district and as per the jurisdiction
prescribed for Minority Schools and Regional Centre of Excellence
- iii.Must
be enrolled in Child Info of the same district
- 5. Category wise information shall be maintained separately as per
the applications received i.e. Gender wise and Category wise 1.OC, 2. SC, 3.
ST, 4. BC-A, 5. BC-B, 6. BC-C, 7. BC-D, 8. BC-E, 9. Minority, 10. PHC, 11. CAP,
12. Orphan.
- 6. The Drawl of Lots has to be conducted in a hall at the venue
decided by the District Collectors concerned on the date prescribed for drawl
of lots.
- 7. The District Judge or the nominee of the Judge
is to be invited for the Drawl of Lots
