All the Regional loint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the Government in the reference oted have informed that no action can be trgen at this juncture for merging of schools function under Panchayat Raj Department existing in the limits of Municipal Corporation , Municipality . Nagar Panchayat into Municipal Management
Therefore , they are requested to take necessary steps accordingly while issuing speaking orders in this aspect , to avoid further legal complications
