Minutes of the meeting with Secretaries of DCEBs held on 09.11.2022
- Webex meeting held with all secretaries of District Common Examination
- Boards in the state by Director SCERT AP.
- Director SCERT Sc. B.Pratap Reddy hosted the meeting on 09.11.2022 at 3.30 pm
- S.Satish from SCERT AP participated in the webex with Director
- SCERTAP and noted the minutes of the meeting secretaries of District common Examination Boards of erstwhile districts, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, Nellore, Chittore, Kadapa, Kurnool, Anantapuram have participated in the meeting.
- Director SCERT AP briefed the meeting and invited the opinions of the secretaries about various issues regarding the assessments in the state All secretaries expressed their opinions one by one and confirmed the following decisions

To avoid practical problems the question papers of Formative assessments 2 and 4 may be sent through WhatsApp as we followed for FA 1 in the year 2021-22.
IX class question paper blueprint may be followed as X class new model question paper to make students familiar with X class new model paper from IX class itself.
After receiving the opinions from all secretaries Director SCERTAP instructed to follow and monitor all academic activities entrusted by Department of School Education.
